The British Railways Mark 3 coach is a type of coaching stock produced for British Railways between 1975 and 1988 which has since been operated by various railway companies. They are currently used for loco-hauled services on a small number of routes but are mostly used as carriages for the BR Class 43 HST. In Train Sim World, they are featured in both Great Western Railway & East Midlands Trains liveries in the Great Western Express & Midland Main Line. First class, second class and buffet car variants are featured at present.

- Like the British Rail Class 166 and Class 43 HST, files for a First Great Western "Dynamic Lines" livery exist for the Mark 3 coaches, and include both interior and exterior textures. These liveries can be enabled through use of third-party patches.
